True crime series ‘Snapped’ to feature 2021 death of Oregon businessman

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The 2021 murder of a “hardworking” Milwaukie businessman will be featured in the upcoming episode of a national true crime series.

The Oxygen network’s next installment of “Snapped” will center on the death of Jimmy Pearson, who previously owned several A1 Hawk Pawn Shops located in the Portland area.

Court documents show that the 63-year-old man died on March 1, 2021. The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office reported that one of Pearson’s employees discovered his body at his residence on Oake Shore Lane two days later, after he failed to show up to work.
