PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – The City of Portland will soon start charging towing fees for homeless people who try and retrieve their lived-in RV that was towed by the City.
In August, Mayor Keith Wilson told city council he wants to crack down on people living in RVs and cars on the side of the road by dramatically increasing the number of RVs the city tows each month from 38 to 96.
But this week, he is taking it a step further and making it harder for people to get their towed RVs back…
