PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Efforts to remove the unhoused population from the Sandy River Delta near Troutdale are once again underway and expected to continue for several weeks.
Outreach workers are currently working to connect the campers with available shelter and housing-related services, and working to identify and remove trash and store personal belongings, according to an email from the Oregon Department of State Lands.
