Police identified the man killed in a shooting in a Southeast Portland bar early Thursday morning as 45-year-old Garvin Franklin Jr.
Brandon Lewis, 37, is accused of second-degree murder, second-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon in the shooting, which took place around 2 a.m. at Buddy’s Lounge on Southeast 82nd Avenue and Harrison Street.
Court records say Lewis fired multiple gunshots inside the bar after the two men argued. A bar patron told police he believed Franklin was the aggressor, a probable cause affidavit said…
