Service cuts on the way as TriMet deals with $300 million budget crisis

PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – To help bridge its $300 million budget gap, TriMet is planning layoffs and services cuts to bus lines that run throughout the Portland metro area.

Starting Nov. 30, TriMet will reduce how often buses arrive on certain bus lines.
