Portland man who ‘got lucky’ in 2019 gun case faces prison in 2025

A federal judge told the man who stood before him Thursday on a gun possession charge that he remembered him.

U.S. District Judge Michael H. Simon said Te’Ondre Antonio Bonner got a “break” six years before when the judge suppressed evidence in a gun prosecution and now Bonner was back on a similar charge.

The prosecutor painted Bonner as a gun-toting Rolling 60s Crips gang member and drug dealer, pointing to Bonner’s social media videos chronicling his exploits…
