PORTLAND, Ore. — Since June, federal officers have arrested more than two dozen people in connection with protests at the ICE facility on Portland’s South Waterfront.
All but five of those arrests occurred in the first month of protests, according to a review of court documents and criminal cases filed in the U.S. District Court of Oregon.
