PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A 34-year-old woman was hit and killed by the driver of a Cadillac in North Portland last week, the Portland Police Bureau announced Monday.
The victim, identified as Shawney Mann, was hit around 10:40 p.m. September 24 on North Marine Drive near North Anchor Way.

Authorities said Mann died at the scene and the suspect was not found.
