PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Four people were arrested for misdemeanors Wednesday night in South Portland, just a block away from the Immigration and Customs Enforcement building, officials said.
According to Portland police, throughout the night, most of the protesting was not happening in front of the facility but closer to South Bancroft Avenue and South Bond Street.
