Storage containers near Moda Center go up in flames Wednesday morning

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Two storage containers went up in flames near the Moda Center early Wednesday morning, authorities said.

Just after 4 a.m., Portland Fire & Rescue said they responded to the fire near the former Louis Dreyfus grain bins next to the Moda Center.

Officials said that they had a difficult time accessing water due to the hydrant locations and railway traffic hampering the water supply.
