Portland businesses prep for ‘No Kings’ protest, could draw thousands downtown Saturday

PORTLAND, Ore. — A ‘No Kings’ protest is set to take place nationwide on Saturday, and several local cities – including Portland – will take part.

A recent “No Kings” rally in June, also organized by the group 50501 Portland, brought thousands of people into the downtown core. Business owners are prepping their stores and their staff for the influx in people downtown.
