PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Federal prosecutors accuse a 38-year-old Aloha, Oregon man of pointing a laser at a U.S. Customs and Border Protection helicopter and for trafficking drugs, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Oregon said Thursday.
Brian Keith Kapileo Nepaial, 38, is currently in the Washington County jail on a parole violation, according to the attorney’s office.
