Second Suspect Arrested in Killing of 13-Year-Old Gresham Boy

PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — U.S. Marshals have arrested a second suspect in connection with the April killing of 13-year-old Liam Spahnle-Bailey, who was fatally struck by stray bullets while sleeping inside his father’s apartment in Gresham.

Officials confirmed that Xavier Romello Hirsch was taken into custody Friday in Beaverton by a joint task force that included U.S. Marshals, Washington County Sheriff’s deputies, and Beaverton police officers.
