PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Police are looking for a shooter who wounded a man in Southeast Portland on Wednesday afternoon, according to a spokesperson with the Portland Police Bureau.
The shooting happened near Southeast 174th Avenue and Haig Drive at around 3:40 p.m.
