VANCOUVER Wash. (KPTV) – A 76-year-old Portland woman is dead after a three-car crash on an Interstate 205 onramp in Vancouver on Wednesday, according to police.
Just before noon, officers with the Washington State Patrol responded to the crash on the Eastbound Mill Plain Boulevard onramp onto I-205 South.
