Two arrested after fights break out outside Portland ICE facility

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — As protesters continue to hold a steady presence outside the ICE facility in South Portland, two men were arrested Thursday after police said multiple fights broke out during the night.

In one incident, a 43-year-old Portland man was taken into custody after authorities said he pepper-sprayed someone.

Separately, a 47-year-old man from Colorado was arrested after pushing someone to the ground, police said.
