PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A 16-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with a shooting in Southeast Portland on Wednesday.
The shooting happened near Southeast 174th Avenue and Haig Drive at around 3:40 p.m. on Oct. 22. Officers responded and found a 19-year-old man suffering from a serious gunshot wound to his torso. The suspect was gone by the time police arrived.
