PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Two people were arrested, accused of carjacking a running vehicle in Southeast Portland early Saturday morning, police said.
Just after 7:30 a.m., officers responded to the area of Southeast 127th and Stark Street on reports of a stolen vehicle.

Police said the owner reported two suspects had hopped into the vehicle while it was running and drove off.
