Protesters at ICE facility arrested on disorderly conduct, harassment charges

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — As protesters continue to hold a steady presence outside the ICE facility in South Portland, police say three people were arrested Saturday night, with one accused of harassment and two of disorderly conduct.

According to Portland police, two men from New Jersey were taken into custody after walking into the roads on South Bancroft Street, after being “warned multiple times to return to the sidewalk.”

The men, aged 19 and 22, were booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct.
