PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A Portland man is being held without bail after his arrest stemming from an incident on the Portland Streetcar.
According to court documents, Portland Police responded to a sex offense call Monday afternoon on a Streetcar on South Moody Avenue near the OHSU stop.
