PORTLAND, Ore. — A new cluster of homes in Milwaukie looks to be the “missing middle” in affordable homeownership in the area.
The 15 two-story cottages are a part of a wave of new, more densely populated style of home, coined middle housing. It commonly includes duplexes, triplexes, quadplexes, townhouses — and in this case — cottage cluster homes.
