For one well-regarded Beaverton restaurant, that process took a bit longer.
On Sunday, nearly two years after a kitchen fire forced it to close, Taste of Sichuan will finally fire up its woks again after a lengthy remodel. When it reopens, it will mark the return of one of the Portland metro area’s best Chinese restaurants, celebrated for its fiery, numbing Sichuanese cuisine (though the American-style Chinese dishes weren’t bad either)…
