PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Two teenagers were arrested on Friday after allegedly committing an assault and pistol-whipping of a man in downtown Portland last month.
Gresham resident Jonathan Ramirez-Cisneros, 18, and an unnamed 15-year-old suspect were both arrested and accused of assault and other charges in connection with an incident on Oct. 9.
The Portland Police Bureau said they responded to a reported assault near 1500 NW 13th Ave. When officers arrived, they found a man with serious head injuries telling police he was assaulted by two people who punched and pistol-whipped him.
