PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A driver was arrested after officials said he crashed into a Portland police vehicle, injuring himself and two officers in Northeast Portland early Saturday night.
The crash at Northeast 129th Place and Halsey happened around 7:15 p.m., authorities said.

Further investigation revealed 47-year-old Zachary Kwok Lee was driving eastbound on Halsey, when he turned left in front of the officers’ vehicle.
Police said the crash was “nearly head-on” and both vehicles had to be towed.
The officers were taken to the hospital for a check up, while Lee was taken to the hospital for treatment…
