PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — On this True Crime Tuesday, we are marking 44 years since Portland native Kristin Tomlin went missing, and the case remains a mystery.
On November 12, 1981, Tomlin boarded a yacht in the Bay Area of California and hasn’t been seen since.
The question remains: what happened to her? Investigators, friends and family have been looking for answers for more than four decades now…
