PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Highway 43 between the Sellwood Bridge and S. Palatine Hill Road is closed after a fatal crash involving a cyclist and a vehicle.
The Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office says the closure is expected to last several hours.
