Multnomah County Circuit Judge Katharine von Ter Stegge took vigorous aim at District Attorney Nathan Vasquez — suggesting he engaged in prosecutorial misconduct by panning her prior ruling in a highly publicized reckless driving case.
The driver in question, Oscar Burrell, returned to von Ter Stegge’s courtroom Nov. 7 on a probation violation after he posted a new selfie video showing him hanging out of his car’s driver side window, with both hands off the wheel as he posed for the camera.
