A man caught attempting to barricade shut a side door of the Portland U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement building in mid-June was sentenced Thursday to one year of federal probation.
Liam Harry Houpis, 22, of Vancouver, pleaded guilty to the misdemeanor crime of creating a hazard on federal property.
