The Easport Plaza Shopping Center is a 40-acre site located on Southeast 82nd Avenue just south of Southeast Powell Boulevard. Large tenants include Cinemark Century 16, H.K. Cafe and the recently introduced Hong Phat, the fourth location of an Asian grocery store chain that took over from the former Walmart last year.
The grant is designed to “support community engagement and concept planning to help guide the future of the shopping center,” according to Metro.
