A large food park coming soon to Milwaukie will include a sushi addition.
On their social media, 1847 Food Park recently announced The Sushi San will set up a food truck at the park, 1925 SE Scott Street. Sushi San co-owner Seng Pan told What Now Portland he is hoping to open by next spring.
The Sushi San is currently in West Linn at 1590 Willamette Falls Drive. They are known for sushi burritos and poke bowls, with ingredients like spicy ground tuna, salmon, imitation crab and vegetables. Teriyaki bowls and sushi donuts are also favorites.
