PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Three Sureño gang members operating out of Salem and Portland sold undercover agents 15 guns, 58 machinegun conversion devices and 57 grams of coke, court documents show.
The men — 36-year-old Cesar Daniel Arevalo, 24-year-old Jose Luis Diaz-Ceballos, and 35-year-old Jose Luis Brown-Ceballos — made their first appearance in front of a federal judge on Monday.
