Portland Man Charged After Trespassing and Obstructing Access at ICE Facility

Christopher Griffin, 37, appeared in federal court after multiple incidents of trespassing, failing to obey officers, and obstructing access at Portland’s ICE building.

Portland, OR. — A Portland man made his initial appearance in federal court after a series of incidents involving trespassing, failing to obey lawful orders, and obstructing federal property at the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) building in Portland.

Christopher Griffin, 37, has been charged by information with Failing to Obey a Lawful Order, Obstructing Federal Property, and Trespassing on Federal Property.

According to court documents and statements made in court, on November 16, 2025, Griffin entered and remained on the grounds of the ICE facility, refusing to comply with federal officers’ lawful directions. He was arrested at the scene. Griffin is also charged for allegedly failing to comply with an officer’s orders to leave the premises on October 22, 2025, and for obstructing use and access to federal property on November 14, 2025…
