PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – Police say a bicyclist has been seriously hurt after being hit by a car in Southwest Portland on Thursday evening.
Portland Police responded to the reported crash near SW Barbur Blvd and SW 19th Ave just after 5 p.m.
