Man dies after truck rolls off Polk County highway

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A man died early Thursday morning after his truck rolled off a Polk County highway, authorities announced.

Just before 3 a.m. Thursday, Oregon State Police responded to a crash on Highway 51 near milepost 4.

During the preliminary investigation, authorities discovered that a southbound Ford Ranger, driven by 23-year-old Kyle Edward Maldonado of Keizer, left the roadway and rolled down a slope.
