PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A driver is wanted for a suspected hit-and-run after a man was found injured on the roadway in northeast Portland early Saturday.
At about 2:30 a.m., officers with the Portland Police Bureau were sent to a crash report on Lombard Street near the intersection with Northeast 52nd Avenue. They found the victim suffering from serious injuries. He was rushed to the hospital by ambulance, where he is expected to survive.
A short time later, officers found a car near the intersection of Northeast Lombard Street and Northeast 47th Avenue with a moped still embedded in the front grill, according to police:
