PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – Two minor altercations near the Portland ICE facility resulted in at least one arrest on Saturday night, police said.
According to the Portland Police Bureau, 51-year-old Preston Reyes of Gresham was arrested after allegedly spitting on another person. Police said Reyes ran away from the scene, but was later found and arrested.
