PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Flock Safety, a security software company known for its automatic license plate readers, is facing increased scrutiny as communities express concerns over its surveillance technology.
The company’s devices, which log license plate numbers and other vehicle details, are deployed in more than 5,000 communities nationwide.
