PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Multnomah County District Attorney Nathan Vasquez said he is “certainly not satisfied” with the way the county’s deflection centers are working.
In a late afternoon press conference, Vasquez said he wants more accountability when it comes to the handling of people with controlled substances. He said he is not impressed with the accountability in the current program.
