A Portland woman made her first appearance in federal court before a U.S. magistrate judge Monday, Nov. 24, for allegedly assaulting a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer in a Tigard parking lot.
Summer Shepherd, 37, was charged with assaulting a federal officer based on a Nov. 23 incident where ICE officers were in Tigard to arrest another individual, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Oregon.
According to court documents, Shepherd saw an ICE agent in tactical gear and allegedly approached them, yelling for them to “Get the (expletive) out of my city!”…
