Washington man facing vehicular manslaughter after crash kills 95-year-old woman

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A Washington man is facing charges after a crash on Thanksgiving killed a 95-year-old woman in another vehicle, authorities said.

According to Washington State Patrol, the crash was first reported around 4:45 p.m. along State Route 12 at milepost 68, just northwest of Lewis & Clark State Park.
