PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – Portland Police are investigating a seemingly unprovoked assault in southeast Portland on Tuesday morning.
According to Portland Police, it happened in the parking lot of an apartment complex off of Southeast 122nd Avenue.
Surveillance video shows the 69-year-old woman taking trash to a nearby dumpster at about 8:20 a.m., when a man approaches her and punches her to the ground.
Family of the victim told FOX 12 that the woman was badly bruised but will be okay…
