Oswego Lake appeal: Residents and corporation challenge judge’s decision for public access

LAKE OSWEGO, Ore. (KATU) — As Oswego Lake residents and the Lake Oswego Corporation (LOC) are appealing a Clackamas County judge’s decision to open the lake to the public, on this week’s segment of “Your Voice, Your Vote,” host Steve Dunn spoke to residents of Lake Oswego, an attorney, and LOC general manager.

The LOC, representing homeowners who maintain the lake, argues that the lake should remain private.
