PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A new 12-story apartment building is open in downtown Portland, providing 89 fully furnished permanent homes for those transitioning out of homelessness.
The building, Julia West House, will celebrate its grand opening on Dec. 2. It focuses on supporting older adults and people in recovery from substance use disorders.
