PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A routine grocery run turned into a nightmare for one Beaverton woman.
The woman, who is keeping her identity private because of the stigma around SNAP benefits, says thieves targeted her EBT card and drained her account before she could buy food — all while she still had her card in hand.
