On October 26, 2025, a woman was assaulted while jogging in the 1100 block of SE 99th Avenue in Vancouver, Washington. The incident happened at about 7:16 a.m. when a male suspect on a bicycle approached her from behind, made physical contact, and pushed her to the ground. The victim was able to resist, and the suspect left the area on his bicycle. She received a bump on her head but did not have serious injuries.
Vancouver Police identified and arrested Nathan Howard Allen, 21, on December 2, 2025. Detectives served a search warrant at a local residence and found an orange BMX-style bicycle and other items.
