The Portland Police Bureau is asking for the public’s help to identify a person of interest in a shooting in Southeast Portland on November 22, 2025.
The shooting happened at about 1:15 a.m. in a parking lot near Southeast Stark Street and Southeast 148th Avenue. Officers found an adult man and an adult woman with gunshot wounds. Both were treated at the scene and taken to a hospital. Their injuries are not life-threatening.
The suspect or suspects left before police arrived. No arrests have been made. Detectives from the Enhanced Community Safety Team are investigating. They have released a photo of the person of interest…
