PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Police have identified the victim of a deadly shooting in Northwest Portland in late September.
Shiloh Thanos-Young, 22, of Portland was shot and killed on NW Nicolai Street near 29th Avenue on Sept. 23, according to authorities.
