PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – The clock is ticking this week for everyone living at a homeless camp at the former location of Assembly Brewing in southeast Portland.
“We knew that the place had shut down and we thought it’s got a cover, it’s got roof, it’s got cement flooring, it’s protection, it was starting to get cold, it was starting to get rainy, and no matter how much you tarp, how much plastic you put down, it’s still going to get wet,” said Jen.
