‘Atrocious’: 5 ‘neglected’ children, 3 dogs found living in car filled with drugs, police say

VANCOUVER, Wash. (KPTV/Gray News) – Three people were arrested after five children along with three dogs, were allegedly found living in a car in Vancouver, according to authorities.

Investigators say the five children—who are 13, 11, 10, 8 and 5 years old—showed clear signs of neglect and had very little food available in the car.

Police described the living conditions as “atrocious.”

Animal Control reportedly helped remove the two extremely underweight dogs and one dog with an untreated open tumor who were also inside the car. Police say the dogs had to be euthanized because of their poor health…
