Sheriff’s Office: Man arrested on 20 charges after threatening TriMet staff with scissors

PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A Portland man is facing 20 charges after police say he threatened TriMet employees with scissors, and tried to evade responding police.

According to Multnomah County Sheriff’s spokesman Brent Weisberg, Transit Police responded to the area of NW 5th and Glisan Street around 3 p.m. on Sunday.
